SOOO.... moving on from that note to be more frequent I want to start having segments and little series to guarantee that I will be posting content more frequently than in the past. I think I am going to start having a segment called "New Music Mondays" where I talk about different Korean artist that you may not know or ever heard of and I will being explaining who they are and how they got into the music industry/business and plus I introduce some new music to refresh you and help get your week started! With that being said enough of my rambling and let's get STARTED!!!
TODAY'S ARTIST IS.....Crucial Star!!!!
He has recently made a comeback (like today haha ^_^) with this latest single "Paris".
I am feeling this song...This is Crucial Star's latest song titled "Paris" and I am LOVING IT!!!! A thing you all may not know about me is that I LOVE K-HIP HOP/ R&B!!! and the R&B feel is strong in this song. It's is a very chill and easy-going song that is perfect to start off the Autumn/ Fall season with. ANYONE at ANYTIME at ANYWHERE can sit back and listen to the relaxing melodies that this song possess. The MV takes place in the beautiful streets and gardens/parks of Paris, France. The music video was simple but had a very elegant editorial vibe; it showcased Crucial Star walking around in various well-know, popular attractions in Paris. It also displayed the citizens in their every day lives and Crucial Star interacting with some of them. What I really loved about this MV is the level of diversity among the cast in the MV; it was refreshing and added an unique, approachable and realistic feel to not just his MV but his overall image. The fashion is also casual but still trendy. There weren't that many outfit changes through out the MV; he had at the most 3 or 4 outfit changes that mostly stuck with a black and white/street-style theme. Overall his wardrobe was simple yet very fashionable and chic...and something I would want my future boyfriend to wear! ^_~ <3. Please support him and give his newest single a listen!

Park Se-Yoon (Crucial Star) is a South Korean rapper, lyricist, composer and producer. His rapping style has been compared to that of Kid Cudi, Drake and other American artist. "He even mentions that he is strongly influenced by their musicality and vocal arrangements, which defines his own character and personality as a musician in the Korean Hip Hop industry" (Wikipedia).
At 17, he performed with a group called, Libra Twins; and later on attended an open-audition and won a contract deal with one of the biggest Korean underground hip-hop company at that time that is now disbanded, Soul Company. "Soul Company, which started back in 2004, played a central role in the Korean underground hip-hop world by turning out total 24 artists, releasing 73 singles, and opening 59 concerts for the last 8 years" (Wikipedia). He now resides under Grandline Entertainment and is part of an underground hip-hop group, Do-main.
